What is AMMO™?

AMMO™ Is a scientific blend containing the proven, most effective ratio of Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA’s) and Glutamine. It is formulated to enhance energy, improve recovery, delay fatigue and decrease muscle loss. The BCAA’s (Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine), make up over 35% of the amino acids in skeletal muscle and are directly metabolized in muscle tissue during exercise.
